Update
So, for the time being I’m changing my posting style. I feel like I just don’t have enough going on to make daily posts interesting so I’m going to try weekly posts instead. Hopefully this format works out well. Let me know what you think!

Well, I’ve basically spent all day playing RimWorld. The game has sucked me in so hardcore. I almost feel like starting over to try to do better from the beginning but I think I want to try to win before I do that. I’ve also thought about trying to use the game as a story mechanism for creative writing but I just can’t get myself to write yet.
Monday

Oh my God! We spent a long time at waters edge with owner. Wewent through nearly everything in their kitchen deciding what to keep and what to trash. Lost the whole afternoon to that. The Villa is looking amazing though!
Got another bot user. Deleted that sucker as soon as I determined it was garbage. Still no real people I think. I guess I should advertise the site a bit to try to draw traffic.
Tuesday
10/2
Time for a trip to Tortola! We have to go to the bank. Since they closed the last bank on Virgin Gorda we have to travel. Luckily we have a couple of other things to do there too. We have to shop for furniture and stuff for some villas.
The banks were horrendously busy but we didn’t have to wait. Since we were only making deposits we were able to just use the quick drop box at both banks.
After that we took a taxi to a couple of home furnishing stores. We spent some time looking at rugs, might be special ordering one for a villa. When that was done we headed back to town for a quick bite and mimosas at The Watering Hole. Love this place!
After relaxing there for a while we headed on to Brandywine for lunch. The kitchen hadn’t opened yet so we had more mimosas while we waited. Lunch was delicious, we actually got a free drink too. The bartender was trying something special and wanted our opinion. It was delicious, a mix of sage, cucumber, lemon, and gin.
After lunch we headed home to Virgin Gorda.
Wednesday

This morning I ran out to Waters Edge to see what we can do about their internet situation. When I came back from Atlanta I brought a wireless access point back with me. Seems we’ll be selling it off to them to get good coverage of the villa. After that I paid a couple of bills, electric and cellular, for the villas.
Thursday

Today we had a busy morning. So many people doing things at our villas. Exterminators heading to three different houses. Got a guy fixing a window in one villa. Another window guy, and the Dish guy also heading to that same place. An insurance guy came by a different house too. In the evening we spent a couple more hours with the owners of Waters Edge.
Friday

As the morning progressed the rain came in. A long, heavy rain to help water all the plants. Of course due to the rain the internet became unreliable. The wind picked up after lunch, the ocean was quite turbulent.
Rimworld
I did it, I got my pawns off the world. I made a small mistake with the ship though, I couldn’t take two people with me. Seems I put in 4 cryo chambers that couldn’t be accessed and I couldn’t be bothered to fix it. Now I think I’d like to start over from scratch, like caveman scratch.
Saturday
10/6
Another overcast day punctuated with sporadic rain. A driveway was recently put in a nearby villa and it looks good. We have the housekeepers working there currently and when they’re done they’re headed to our place for a clean.
The Way Remastered
While they were cleaning the kitchen I disappeared into my room and played The Way Remastered. It’s a fun little puzzle-platformer. I do find the controls a bit wonky. Half the time when I want the guy to go down a ladder he crawls, and so many times I’ve jumped to my death for no reason. So far I am enjoying it though.
