Yesterday
Yesterday was just another day. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. Just spent most of the day playing Factorio. There was a bit of work in there, but not a whole lot. I did play more Stardew Valley too.
My Birthday
I’m another year older. At this age birthdays don’t really mean too much. Forty-one. I’m forty-one years old now. No party or celebration. No gifts. Just another day. That’s fine, it’s just another day.
Pools
Ugh, that pool next door is going to be the death of me! It’s my nemesis. The chlorinator is broken and the owner doesn’t want to get it fixed. The workaround is chlorine tabs and granules. No matter what I do the pool won’t hold chlorine. The granules recommend daily use, then weekly shocks! I gotta do a cost analysis on it and see if I can use that to convince him to repair.
Stardew Valley
Summer is moving along. I’ve begun building a slime hutch and have a couple eggs to hatch there. Only a few more days of visiting the secret woods until I have enough hardwood to upgrade my house again.
Dinner
Decided that for dinner we’d go to Cocomaya. Unfortunately, when we got there, we were told they wouldn’t be serving any food at the bar because they had a huge group coming in from one of the cruise ships. So, after having a drink, we headed on to Bath and Turtle. It was buffet night, so I stuffed myself with delicious foods of all types.
