The easiest and best recipe for brownies with simple ingredients and delicious results! Add optional goodies like chocolate chips or swirl in some caramel to make the recipe your own.
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix oil and sugar until well blended
Add eggs and vanilla then mix thoroughly
(I prefer to use a electric mixer which will result in fluffier brownies)
Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl then stir well into the liquid mixture
*If adding optional ingredients, I like to spread evenly across the top of the brownies just before baking but they can be added and stirred into the mix
Pour into greased 9x13 pan
(I prefer to use a 3qt glass pan greased with butter)
Bake brownies for 30 minutes
Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting
(I will actually chill it in the refrigerator before I cut)
