Yesterday
So I did it, I didn’t write anything yesterday. It was a mostly boring day, nothing too out of the ordinary. Sure, I did spend a few hours at one of the villas, helping move some stuff around. Hung a few paintings. Basically just got it looking nice for a visitor today.
The rest of the day was spent reading. I found replies to a couple writing prompts that interested me. First was A Court for Crows, only a few parts published currently, but an interesting read nonetheless. The other was much longer, actually just finished the most current part today. The series has had a few names actually, but I think it’s just Ageless now. I hope there will be more, it’s been entertaining.
Today
I was woken up early with heavy rain and thunder. Had to close the windows to keep from getting pelted in my bed. It’s been raining a bit today off and on, we even lost power for a little while. Looks like it might even rain throughout the weekend.
Not much doing today either, I went and opened up another villa for the visitor. She’s a woman who runs a website to help book vacation rentals in the area. While there I also unpacked some stuff that had been shipped in, it still needs to be put away, but there’s some work that needs to be done before we can accomplish that.
Reading
Found another good series of writing on Reddit. This one is nice and long and should last me a few days. It’s called Small World (Although it originally had a different name). And it appears the author still updates frequently.
