Breakfast
For the first time in a while I actually cooked breakfast. It was just simple waffles, but they were yummy. They didn’t quite have the texture I like and I’m not sure if it was the mix I used or something else. Overall, they were enjoyable and I will do it again.
Factorio
With breakfast I continued playing Factorio. I’m not sure how long I’ll keep playing this game. Things are slow to progress and I feel like I’ve done things wrong a bit. It would be a lot of work to fix all the issues with the mega base. With the new update looming which contains some serious recipe changes, I’ll have to redo portions of the factory anyway. I may just start over when the update hits or I may pick this save back up. There is at least one more achievement I wouldn’t mind getting and it would require a new save.
Gaming
I’m kinda hitting a wall with games right now. I’m not feeling drawn to any specific games at the moment. Factorio isn’t doing it for me, not sure exactly why. Stardew Valley isn’t drawing me in as much, likely because I’ve hit a rut, although I could easily do things differently. No other games are really calling to me.
I feel like I want to play more Minecraft again and I feel like I want to build, but I can’t find anything that really stirs my creativity. I’ve done all the technical stuff I want to for now and I’ve got a good stockpile of blocks to build with.
Work
Got everything done early today. Before lunch we stopped by one villa after guest departure, picked up a welcome package for incoming guests, and gave both villas a quick check. From the departing guests we ended up with some coffee, half and half, vodka, and rum!
